See it work
Three stories recorded live in Cypress and Grove, with Cedar explaining each step: a car from a spreadsheet to sold with no Cypress Manager needed, a morning with the team, and a first visit and a first day.
TL;DRAI summary
Grove at work in three stories recorded live, with Cedar explaining each step: a car from a spreadsheet to sold, a morning with your team, and a first visit and a first day. You see how sellers, buyers and Cypress Managers use it day to day.
For: Fleet managers and admins · Buyers · Cypress Managers
Three stories, start to finish, each with Cedar explaining the steps as they happen. They were recorded live in Cypress 4.1 and Grove 1.1, on phones side by side: the seller's, the buyer's or a teammate's, and their Cypress Manager's. Nothing is simulated. Cedar's answers are live, and every change goes through Cypress's own rules. Where the apps were waiting, the video plays faster and says so. The companies and people are a demo world.
From a spreadsheet to a sold car
Rachel starts in Zen, just Cedar, and drops this week's de-fleet spreadsheet in its own column names. Cedar asks which column is which, then brings the cars in. She asks what the Grand Cherokee is worth: a value with how sure it is, its next twelve months, and sell or hold. Then the quarter's sales goal, and Get it live, priced by Northwind's own rule.
Tom, at Summit, says what he needs. It becomes a target, and the Grand Cherokee is the first match. His offer under the floor is declined on the spot by Northwind's rule; the next one goes to Rachel, who counters, and Tom accepts. Jordan, their Cypress Manager, was asked nothing: Northwind decides its own offers.
Then the deal, one lane per side, every step done by the two of them: Deal Setup, the commission paid by card, the bill of sale signed by both, funds, the gate pass, the title, and pickup. Closed.
Step by step: Import a spreadsheet, Get a car live, Find cars to buy, Answer an offer, Work a closing.
A morning with the team
Zen and Huddle, the two ways to use Grove. Today and its morning brief. An offer Rachel gives to Marco, every queue, and Work through them, one card at a time. The rooms: the team's huddle, where Cedar makes a task; the Reports room, where a question gets a report; a channel and a direct message. A question for Cypress that Jordan answers in the same room. Cover while Rachel is away, playbooks, teaching Cedar (why it said that, a correction, what the team knows), and this week's plays toward the goal.
Step by step: Choose Zen or Huddle, Tasks and handoffs, Teach and correct Cedar, Plan the quarter.
A first visit and a first day
A visitor with no account asks what their car is worth. Marco's first day: Cedar's hello, what it can do, and the journey walkthroughs. Inbox, a car's own page, and Goals. Then Jordan, a Cypress Manager, sees every fleet he looks after in one list, and acts for Summit.
Step by step: Install Grove, Talk with Cedar, Act for an organization.
Find cars to buy
Say what you need: the cars on the market now, a target in your buy plan in your own numbers, Target watch for new cars that fit, and Cedar's offer on each one, sent when you confirm.
Choose Zen or Huddle
Grove's two looks: Zen, one private conversation with Cedar that holds everything, or Huddle, the full app with Today, your team's rooms, Goals and Tasks. What each shows, who sees what, and how to switch.
