Dive deeper:

For: Everyone in Grove

Words in bold are labels you see on screen. Cypress terms Grove brings with it (the floor, a closing) mean exactly what they mean in Cypress.

TermWhat it means
Accept below floorTaking an offer under your floor. Only your fleet manager or admin, confirmed in Grove; Cypress records that it was confirmed there. Never a Cypress Manager.
Acting forA Cypress Manager working in Grove for one organization they manage. The amber bar says which. See Act for an organization.
ActivityThe tab in Playbooks that lists what Cedar did, each with the rule that let it.
ActsA rule level: Cedar does it and tells you after.
AgentCedar, Sakura, Sequoia or Sapele: Grove's AI members. Each card names the one that brought it. See Cedar and the agents.
Answer orderThe order to answer offers in: at or above the floor first, then the one waiting longest, then the one closest to its listing price. Cypress works it out.
AsksA rule level: Cedar brings it to you with the work done, and you confirm.
AuditCypress Managers reviewing Cedar's flagged answers on Cypress's Cedar quality page. A verdict can become a lesson for your team.
BenchmarkA run of real questions to Cedar, each checked against Cypress and timed, to compare settings before changing them. Shown on Cedar quality.
BriefWhat Today says each morning: what is waiting, the decisions, what was done for you. Also one notification at your brief time.
Buy planYour quarter's buying plan in Cypress: a units goal, a budget and targets.
Buy targetOne line of the buy plan: what you want (make, model, years, miles), how many, by when, at what price.
By CedarThe Tasks view for what Cedar is watching itself.
CardA message with something to act on: an offer, a closing, Deal Setup, cars, a target. Its buttons ask you to confirm.
CedarGrove's fleet advisor agent. It reads Cypress as you, works the numbers out and brings cards. It never decides for you.
Cedar qualityThe staff page in Cypress (Admin) with Cedar's benchmarks and the audit of its flagged answers.
ChecksThree checks on every Cedar answer: Short answers, Numbers from Cypress, No claims without proof. Shown in Why Cedar said this.
ClosingThe six steps after an offer is accepted: Fee, Bill of sale, Funds, Gate pass, Title, Pickup.
ConfirmThe step every card button goes through: Grove shows what Cypress will do, and does it only when you confirm.
ConversationA room for a topic, or for one car, buy target or goal. A car's is under Seller Hub (yours) or Buyer Hub (one you are buying), a buy target's under Buyer Hub, the rest under Conversations in Huddle. Made with New conversation; Cedar is in each.

Corrections Cedar followsThe list of lessons in Teach Cedar, to edit or remove.
CounterA price you send back to the buyer (or the seller, when you buy). It waits 48 hours for an answer.
Cypress ManagerThe Cypress person who manages your organization. In your huddle, and able to act for you within what you allow.

DecisionSomething only a person can settle, listed under Needs you on Today.
Direct linkA link a seller sends a buyer for cars that are not on the marketplace. Paste it in Grove to open them.
