Steps
Today: the three that matter most. Under Cedar's brief, Needs you holds the three decisions that are most pressing now: an offer waiting, a closing step that is yours, a car stuck before the market. Answer one and the next one takes its place. Not this one now? Not now, then Later (it comes back) or Give to someone (a task for a teammate, tied to the item, which closes itself once the item is done).
See all: everything else, in four queues. See all opens Everything waiting, read from Cypress as you open it: Offers to answer, Closing steps past due, Cars stuck before market, Cold on the market, and Everything else. Each row opens its card in Grove: the offer, the deal's conversation, the car's Get it live card.
Work through them, one at a time. Work through them on a queue opens a conversation for it, with the first item's card. Act on it right there, or Next for the following one (the one you skipped comes back at the end). Add teammates to the conversation to hand them items.
